It takes one Second

There are blessings in waking up and wishing someone a good morning. Just like it is just to bless God by thanking Him for protecting us throughout the night and for waking us up every time we get to see a new day. As a person who works in aviation, meeting thousands of people every day and greeting them with a nice welcoming smile and not getting a response could be so rude. So parents, I please encourage you to teach and keep the blessings going through by setting the example of teaching your children to greet everything that breathes and speaks. It takes one second to respond back to others.

Growing up in Cameroon 🇨🇲,  if I woke up in the morning and not greeted everyone in the house, I would get sent back to my room and start again. I carry that with me ever since I can remember. I understand the cultural differences, that’s why it is always important for me to greet everyone and make them feel important. I too fall short and try to do better.

In the Azure Skies

In the azure skies, where dreams take flight, Christianna dances on the wings of light. Her scarf, a canvas of celestial blue, A beacon of grace, as the sun breaks through.
Her eyes, twin constellations, sparkle bright, Guiding passengers through day and night. With each smile she shares, a thousand stars ignite, And the cabin glows with warmth and delight.
Skittles tucked in her pocket, a sweet secret stash, She sprinkles magic, turning turbulence to a dash. When clouds gather, and nerves begin to fray, Christianna offers candy rainbows to light the way.
Her spirit, a gentle zephyr, soothing souls, As she glides down the aisle, fulfilling roles. Safety instructions become lyrical tunes, And laughter blooms like wild monsoons.
Oh, the tales she carries—of distant lands, Of sunsets over mountains, and golden sands. Her heart, a passport stamped with kindness, Navigating skies with unwavering brightness.
Christianna, the sky’s own serenade, A symphony of service, love, and lemonade. Her smile, a runway to infinite destinations, Where hearts take flight, fueled by elation.

I don’t need a break

Do you need a break? From what?

Honestly, I don’t think I need a break from anything at the moment. As a 28th year with a lot of energy, I want to keep moving and working because I am blessed to say I have great health that still allows me to keep doing the things I love. I am blessed to also say that at this very moment, I lack nothing, with love all around me. Before I would say I needed a break, from everything, but today thank God for breaking every chain that tried to slow me down, from being the very best version of me. -CM

Medications are not cures

Medications are not cures for mental illnesses, in fact, it worse. The same pills you take to try to help you feel good or better for a few hours will become your new addiction, and then back to the reality of feeling sad again. Having real conversations and open communications with your families, friends, or even strangers about what you are going through alone is a cure without being judged. It’s important to have support and assurance to know you will get through it. Remember two or more is than one and for one you are enough to be well and have a people of mind, with Agape love from above!
