When, &  Remember

When you get the temptation to steal because of hunger, remember Jesus said, “You shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” When you try to hurt yourself, remember Jesus said, “You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.” Do not worship any other god, for all the money, treasures, and wealth that a fake god wants to offer you, for remember Jesus said, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.'” In times of trouble and hardship, call upon the angels of God to help you and to minister to you, as Jesus did the same. He said, “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on account of God.” You are not alone in the world; that is why God gave us brothers and sisters in Christ to help each other get closer to God. If you see someone in need, do not question why they can’t help themselves. If you have a dollar or two, give it and even write a message to motivate, for if God is with us, who could be against us? For blessing and honor dwell in us and in our household forevermore. -CM
