What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Lately, the strategy I have been using to maintain my health and well-being has been taking long walks and listening to music to retain my peace of mind and collect my thoughts. I always seem to be searching for answers and finding them on those long walks, in a beneficial way rather than a stressful one. I am starting over again, alcohol-free, with great hope and understanding. -CM
