The Jobs

What jobs have you had?

The jobs I’ve had are quite varied. I started doing children’s hair in Clermont, Florida, every weekend when I was 15. My first official job was at Publix Supermarket at 16, where I worked as a customer service clerk, bagger, and cashier. Then, I moved to the produce department as a fruit cutter. I left there when I was 19 and moved to Orlando, where I started working for a Canadian company as a French insurance verifier of interest (customer service). After that, I moved to Fort Lauderdale and worked at the Swap Shop as a salesperson. I then became a caregiver, traveling all over the state of Florida by car to take care of children and adults. At 21, I became a flight attendant at Mesa Airlines United Express, which required me to move to Houston, Texas, with absolutely nothing in my bank account but faith in God. Finally, at 23, I was hired by my current company, which was a gift from God for my 24th birthday. I moved to Virginia for this job, and I love it so much that I fly at least 150+ hours a month for 5 years. However, I dislike paying all types of taxes, just like everyone else. Despite my busy work schedule, I do have a life outside of work and always manage to take vacations, even if it means waking up early sometimes. P.S. I also have a part-time gig as a greeter. 😊
