Medications are not cures for mental illnesses, in fact, it worse. The same pills you take to try to help you feel good or better for a few hours will become your new addiction, and then back to the reality of feeling sad again. Having real conversations and open communications with your families, friends, or even strangers about what you are going through alone is a cure without being judged. It’s important to have support and assurance to know you will get through it. Remember two or more is than one and for one you are enough to be well and have a people of mind, with Agape love from above!
